A Minnesota native, John Regenscheid has been part of every aspect of housing. John’s love of creating the perfect home began with major remodels on several of his own homes including lighting, flooring, windows, tiling, plumbing, the removal of many walls, and complete kitchen renovations. This energy led to starting a home remodeling business where John regularly created innovative solutions to fit each homeowner's needs. John entered into real estate in 2003. As a real estate agent, John helps sellers make their home stand out in the market, and buyers to find the home of their dreams. He barreled through the mortgage bubble burst of 2008 and continues a growing real estate and new home building business today.
Innovation Homes is the perfect combination of John's skill in creating custom solutions for homeowners and his real estate acumen. John’s goal is to build a house that will easily become your home. Throughout the entire process of building your home, you will work directly with John and benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge.
